Brief Description:  Misc - Control sticks, canopy deck, pedals

Miscellaneous clean-up tasks

Drilled the attach bolt holes in the UHMW mount blocks for the pedal tubes, using the drill press and vice. UHMW material tends to 'close in" on the hole and had to use the drill to 'ream' the hole a little to be able to insert and remove the bolts. Just a little - still very tight. The angles are not drilled yet.

Canopy deck - Disassembled the F-621A and B components on the Rt side to dimple, countersink, and prime. Minor adjustment on butt joint face and deburred. Now ready to rivet. Will disassemble the Lt side fwd piece and will prime to match the Rt side.

Pedals control tubes - used emery cloth to clean up tube ends and center mount surfaces, Filed, deburred, and cleaned up the UHMW tube ends to insert properly into the UHMW blocks.

NOTE: Had not mentioned that the firewall insert for oil filter clearance is NOT installed but sufficient space is allowed on the F-6118 center brace to clear the setback when installed. This is the area adjacent to the lightening hole. Also, the F-6118 will need to be riveted before the oil filter area is riveted.
