Brief Description:  Rudder pedals

Assembled the pilot rudder pedals, and preliminary fitting of the master cylinders. Pic #1 shows the pedals side clecoed together in the center position so that the position of the lower attach point of the master cylinders could be determined. This was purely preliminary to examine the issues for later work.

The co-pilot pedals will be the same, with additional brakes.

Components were deburred, countersunk and cleaned before primer paint with SW GBP988 self-etching primer, then assembled and riveted. Holes in the rudder control tubes were drilled out to 3/16" for the AN3 bolts. This was also accomplished for the pedal pivot holes. The position of the brake cylinder attach holes is determined by setting up the whole assembly in a jib and centering the pedals ... a later task.

Rudder control tubes still need to be powder coated.
