Reviewed the call-outs for the HS bolts, and after checking fit, added a extra washer to bolt head side of the fasteners in the HS to rear deck. There is still 'grip' of the bolt with the called-out single washer. Nuts would have bottomed before tightening on layers. Next shorter bolt was inadequate grip per specs.
NOTE: Pic #3 shows good alignment with longeron (Rt side, Fwd HS spar), but minimal edge on the cross-wise angle on the same bolt. Per plans but tight area to hold a wrench. (Bolt was torqued after photo).
HS is sold and well attached.
NOTE: Aft plate not riveted until elevators installed and final movement check against this 'stop plate'.
