Ran across a new 3M Blue product, pretaped plastic sheeting. The sheeting is quiet thin, easily applied to the canopy and electro-static for easy 'cling' to plexiglas.
Cut a couple of test strips, applied to masking tape and unfurled to determine coverage and handling. Unrolls easily, and dispenser cuts off cleanly.Finish this soon in preparation for SikaFlex application.
Also went to hangar for some metal polishing on wings, tanks and empennage. Not as important for aesthestics but for corrosion protection.
