Called the airport to confirm that I can put the padlock on the hangar and start moving pieces & parts at my leisure. YEAH
Then worked carefully to fit the rollbar mounting brackets to the left/right bottoms to the fuselage. Tapped the two holes, after carefully aligning the layers, and filing the new component to size. This was to match the threads on the existing layer with the layer of new material (strap) under/inside the channel.
Finally got the edges trimmed, and the holes all aligned for the brackets.
