Progressively attached the F/W side of the hinge, drilled a few holes, removed, deburred, countersunk, and repeated. If it's all drilled at once without countersinking, then the curvature of the hinge will cause the holes to 'drift' off the spacing. By countersinking in stages, the error of the fit is minimized. Tedious but better fit.
These hinges get an undersized pin to allow it to fit in the eyelets with the extreme curvature. (Hinge is 1/8" with a normal .120 pin, but the top hinges are .090 pins).
Haven't decided if and/or how to 'seal' the F/W to the fuselage. With a QB, it's not the not easy to inject anything in between the layers of metal. Probably a minimal effort.
