Some additional components of the RV-7A pieces and how the affect the RV-6A installation.
#1 - The note here describes a piece of the front of the tunnel cover, where the louvered vents direct heated air. This piece of sheet metal encloses the hot air coming through the firewall vent (TG-10) and prevents it from flowing into the tunnel where fuel and electrical wiring exist. VERY IMPORTANT
#2 - The two brackets shown in the RV-7A plans don't apply because the dimensions of the RV-6A are different and the spar in the -6A doesn't permit this attachment.
#3 - The cover is a simple AL sheet metal cover and can be fabricated. It will not need a hole for the Carb Heat. Holes will be drilled to match firewall layout.
