As I suspected, the chrome plating added a little extra thinkness to the inside of the handle, so I ground this out with the dremel. I'll have to give it a touch of rust inhibitor before final installation. I also installed the inside flashing to see how it would look and I have to admit I like it. I am however complating if I should change the handles position to 2 O'Clock but I'll sleep on that. I also still need to fine tune the tension of the right side release cable, its just a little too loose at the moment and requires the complete deflection of the handle and then just a little more to release.
