Brief Description:  Drilled rear hoop

Tonight after I wasted lots of time adjusting the front hoop, I finally positioned the canopy yet again, I marked out the screw spacing specified, which is pitch 100. I then Started at the top center and drilled and clecoed the canopy to the hoop. There was no tendancy for the #40 drilled to grab, in fact the canopy drilled very easily. Before doing this all I had actually climbed in to check my head clearance, I have about 100mm which I am quite pleased with, I'll just have to remember not to go over board with the thickness of the seat cushion. I guess the next step for tomorrow night is to position and drill the front hoop. This is going to be a two person job as the hoop tends to want to sag a little, mainly because I am still using the .030 inch support brackets that I fabricated last night. I'll make up the correct ones tomorrow out of .063 inch material.
