Brief Description: Main wing spare, attach the tip extension
I laid out the wing spar and identifed the top and bottom (bottom side has the bolt). As luck would have it I pulled out the right spar, which is the one hte photo guides have the pictures of. I clamped the wing tip extension in place and back drilled with a #40 drill throught eh existing pilot holes, then cut a 230mm L angle, marked the rivet pitch and drilled with a #40 drill before clamping in place and back drilling. Once this was doen I drilled out the holes to the correct size, deburred the parts and coated with Cortec, once this was dry I reveted the parts in place.
