Brief Description: Making 45 degree cut, back drilling.
After flying Clive and I headed back to my place where he gave me a hand to re-check the marking up for the left aileron tip cut out, I yet again as with the previous skin, measured not from the leading edge of the flex hinge, but instead I marked the line back to the trailing edge from the front face of the aileron which would have given me a 20mm error. I corrected the cut off line after consulting the plans (always a good idea) and then Clive gave me a hand holding the skins while I made the initial cuts followed by the final cut along the marked lines. After Clive left I then fitted the ribs and back drilled first with a #40 drill and then finished off with the correct size #30 drill.
