Brief Description: Misc drilling and fabrication while awaiting drill
I ordered some more drill bits, a rod-end bearing tool (I'm too lazy to make one) and a 4" no hole yolk--I went into impulse mode. As I wait for the bits, I started jumping around the manual. I began by match drilling the up elevator stop to the aft deck and then final drilled the nut plate attach holes in the side skins that are used for the cover plates. I then seperated, drilled and deburred the battery channel. Next came final drilling the battery mount followed by CSK'ing the but plate attach holes and overall deburring. I finished the evening by match drilling the elevator bell crank and associated spacer
