Brief Description:  Match Drilling and Stall Warning Slot in LH Skin

Wish I could do more on weekdays, but at least I'm moving forward. The LH skin was set in the cradles I made months ago before I started working on any of the wing parts. I clecoed the ribs in place and inserted the J-stiffener. Set a cleco in one end of the stifferner and started match drillling down the length. I inserted a cleco into each newly drilled hole to keep the centerline visible in the remaining holes as I worked down the length.

Matched drilled one hole in each rib flange at the aft end using the existing hole in the skin.

There are two small holes on the inboard side of the LE skin as a guide for creating the opening for the stall warning vane. The holes are first opened up with a #19 drill, then a series of #40 holes are drilled between the bigger holes. The small bit of metal between the holes is snipped out and the gap filed back to get a nice slot.
