Brief Description:  Dimple Ribs, Final Cut and Deburr Stiffener

The J-stiffeners were sanded down to final length and deburred. One #40 hole was drilled in one end and a centerline marked along the length for later match drilling to the skin. It'll be anchored to one hole and the centerline will align the stiffener as you match drill.

All ribs were dimpled with sub-structure dimples along the flanges. The W-1008 ribs were dimpled for nutplates. I realized too late that I only needed to dimple the rib that goes into the LHS as this is the location of the stall warning microswitch. It doesn't hurt anything to have dimples in both ribs.

Part update: Received notice that the TE wedge will arrive on Friday.
