Brief Description: Match Drilling Ribs and Stiffener in RH Skin
Assembled the RH LE and found that the ribs didn't match the skin hole pattern on some of them. It took me about 15 minutes of staring at the plans before I realized I was confusing inboard and outboard ends of the skin. I had to swap a few ribs around and everything fit perfectly. Vans did a real good job of setting the hole patterns so you can't accidently install things incorrectly. If it doesn't fit then you're assembling it wrong.
Inserted the stiffener, clecoed it into place and match drilled all the holes. Match drilled the aft most holes c/t the ribs and skin on the upper and lower surface.
The TE wedge arrived today, so tomorrow I'll finish riveting and sealing the ailerons.
