Bent the rudder trailing edge using the bending brake. After bending it as far as it would go there was still a gap of about 1" between the skin and spar. I placed two strips of aluminium flat bar on the trailing edge and gently pinched it with my seaming pliers across the entire length until the skin lay flat on the spar.
The skin could now be match drilled to the skeleton.
