The following 5 entries and 18 pictures show the main features of bending a flange in .060" 6061-T6 using a hammer, hardwood and whatnot.
Tapped .060" steel shim to help keep the clamping force level along the flange.
The board on top has the .25" radius on it. First line everything up and clamp boards parallel to each other
Trimmed and marked for bending
Shim of .060" steel
Board are same width, clamp
