Brief Description: Test forms, make 6b12-3 from scrap piece 3 of 3
The forms work but the process needs to be Form Flanges, Cut hole, Deburr Hole, Flange Hole, Flatten Part, Tweak flanges.
The part is not quite to my liking yet. I need to flatten it more then set the angle on all the rivet locations from center line. Start at 89 and increment 1.5 degrees for each rivet location will make it all come out right.
