I had to flatten the flange locally to get the doubler in place. Now it was time to put the flange back in bothe the panel and the doubler itself. You can never have to many c-clamps. Clamped it all up then hit the end of the clamps with a 4lb rawhidw hammer to make the metal take a better set.
Looks good to me.
Placed the rear control shaft bearing on 6B17-1 and put it in position. Riveted doubler and flap mount.
