Screwed the cross bracing first working from the center out. No screws went in the long beams yet. Flipped the table top down and ran in some 4" long deck screws through the long beams in to the ends of the cross beams to pull them up tight to the long beams.
Added the legs then flipped it back up to finish screwing the top to the lone beams.
It was necessary to countersink each hole so the head would be below the top and not scratch the metal.
