Brief Description: Fixturing and layout for LE Skin
Set the rear spar risers and get the angle (9 degrees) set on the front spar. Check with level and screw the rear risers down to the table and add clamps to hold everything steady.
Image 2) Check the height and length of the nose ribs. All within tolerance. Transfer dimensions to the LE skin for the rivet lines directly from the nose ribs..
Image3) Extended the lineusing a square then marked the steel ruler for the rivet locations and transfered that to the sheet.
