Things just didn't feel right so the carb is coming off to send it back to D & G to richen up the mixture. When I got the carb off and was getting the fuel out of it I discovered a 3/16" dia. hole upstream of the throttle plate. I think a temp probe could go there or a plug. I made a step pin and put it in with red locktite.
Performance increase was substantial, 10-15 hp is my guess.
