The setup for forming the wing ribs is to big for the vice I have so I used C-Clamps.
First place bolts thru the form. Place the blank on top and then the other form and wing nuts, tighten with wrench.
Set form up on blocks to add the clamps. I used 4 on the bottom side and 5 on the top side. Keep the clamps close to the edge, but not to close, so you can swing them out of the way when you are forming the flange.
I use a double face hammer, brown side first, green side second. The brown side is soft like a rubber hammer, the green side is more like the dead blow hammer.
Any way, work the metal down in stages 30 degrees at a time. at the second stage start putting in the crimps. Work the metal down to the form with the soft face first then switch to the harder face hammer. I finished it off with a rawhide hammer. Remember to tap not slam the hammer.
