Brief Description:  Trim Flap Ribs & Make first wing nose rib

Spent a couple hours laying out flap skins and trimming flap ribs.

Tried the olfa knife to cut the nose ribs. Worked good as long as the blank is close enough so you can use your hands to break the lines. I don't think it would work so well from a full sheet.

Process:

1) Mark and drill manufacturing holes in blank.

2) Bolt template and blank together.

3) Place work on cushioned surface, used several shop towels here.

4) Carefully score around the template, I used 8 strokes to get the cut deep enough in the .025 material.

5) Wearing gloves detach template and break line carefully by hand. I did use the flange pliers where it got real short aroung the tip.

6) Deburr and bend.
