I hand bent the 130 degree bend using a protractor, placed a rivet line on the short flange and the long flange. Made a fixture to attach to the bench to help close up the 60 degree bend.
Pilot drilled the rivet line in the long flange. Lined up the line (Image 3) and pilot drilled short flange.
Trimmed hinge and added safety wire holes. Put rivet line on hinge, lined up the end and pilot drilled first hole, added cleco. Lined up the hinge rivet line and marked each hole on the hinge. Removed hinge, center punched each hole on the rivet line and pilot drilled hinge. Clecoed hinge to the trim tab.
