Now that I've confirmed everything works it was time to secure all those wires behind the panel and tidy things up. I made a strap that goes from the left longeron to the right longeron just behind the panel (much like the fuel tank straps) to attach the wires to. The wires were then secured in place using cable ties. It looks very clean now, just that transponder still needs to go in.
