I still needed to get the nuts on the main & aft spar pins so I started the day with those, the cotter pins were installed as well off course.
The I moved on to the flaps and discovered this is one of the hardest things to do on the plane, a lot of swearing along the way! It is just so uncomfortable getting into the plane head first, sticking your arm in the wing and trying to line up the flap lever with the arm to get a bolt in, then you need to be able to get 2 washers, a nut and a cotter pin installed, pffft that is hard, and then you need to do it all over again on the other side!
BTW, I have done the root rib mod that should make this job easier, given it was already that hard to do with the mod, I have no clue how people who have not done the mod do this.
Anyway, they are on, next are the ailerons, that's a job for tomorrow.
