I installed the aft root rib today, used the same method and simple devices I made when doing the right wing to position the rib correctly and keep the skeleton square, I then updrilled everything to #30, deburred all the holes and spot primed the holes. When the primer had dried I riveted the root rib and ribs #1 and #2 (which were still clecoed in place till now). Finally I also riveted the aft spar in place, only rib #9 is not installed yet. I'm away on a business trip this week so hopefully by the time I get back my green primer I ordered will have arrived so I can complete the rib #9 installation as well.
