I don't have enough of the green primer left to prime my aileron belcrank parts (got some on order) so I started installing the forward root rib today. Takes a bit of time getting it positioned correctly, the pictures show how I did this, then I removed ribs 01 and 02 (remember I did not rivet these yet) so I could drill from the outer side using the pilot holes in the attach angle. I then updrilled holes to #30, took the rib back off and deburred all the parts, finally I spot primed all the holes with what little of the green primer I still had left.
