There seems to be a problem with the holes that were prepunched in my forward ribs, in case of the 02 and 01 ribs one of the holes is too close to the edge as shown in the picture, this is also a problem in the gussets, but luckely only on one side. The solution will be for the 03 and 04 ribs to make a new set of gussets with the holes in the same place but the gussets a bit wider so there is sufficient edge clearance for that hole. In case of the 02/01 ribs I have to remake the ribs and gussets completely. This is the first time I found a problem like this with the CMC made parts I bought from the other builder, so far everything he made on his machines was spot on, it's not a big deal and hopefully it's the only issue I come across. I started on these new ribs by printing out the drawings of the ribs I made a long time ago, spray glueing them to the aluminium and cutting them with the snips.
