Today I countersunk the holes in the left center web and left upper spar cap, the 5/32” holes have to be countersunk to 7.5mm, the 3/16” to 10.6mm. This is pretty easy to do with the microstop, just drill a few test holes in a piece of scrap and adjust the stop until you get the correct size. The only difficult part here is that for some of the holes in the upper spar cap, the microstop interferes with the leg of the cap, thus these holes have to be done on sight with no microstop, no problem though, just be carefull and do a bit at a time. Next I deburred the remaining holes on the center web and also the holes on the doubler web.
