Brief Description: Flaps, clecoes and drilling hinges
I clecoed the flaps together today, very simple job, especially since the ribs & skins I bought both come with the holes pre-punched, They match perfectly. All I needed to do was drill the hinges, you'd think that would be a challenge given I'd have to match the holes in the skins to the hinges and not the other way around but, my friend who sold me the parts thought of everything, he machined little steel templates for every hinge in the project with the holes punched in the right spots, all I need to is clamp the steel templates to the hinges and match drill, doing this they fit nicely on the skins. This is easier then the kit!
