Brief Description: Finished W04-07

Finished the 4 aileron counterbalance plates, W04-07. As mentioned before these piece were already made but at .125 thick not 0.90 as required, they're ok now. The .125's will be used as scrap to make smaller pieces later in the project I'm sure.
