As expected painting the topcoat is proving to not be as easy as priming. The results are ok but not like a professional job, I did get some orange peel effect in most areas. I can probably cut/buff it out but for now I'm going to leave it as-is. Maybe I'll get back to it later on, I always knew an amateur spray paint job would never look as good as a professional one. One issue I will address is a run I got on the bottom of one of the elevators. I think the way it happened was I had the initial "tack coat" in that area a little too heavy, when I went back over it for a solid coat the paint wasn't fully dry in that area and adding another heavy layer on top caused a run. I will sand this out and re-spray.
