With the intake manifold done it's now time to finalize the details of the exhaust, It needed to be cut to length and holes drilled for the EGT probes, that's what I did this afternoon. The LH exhausts were pretty much at the length I wanted them but the RH exhausts needed to be trimmed quite a bit. I cut them with the jig saw and sanded them smooth, they now match the LH exhausts.
I then drilled the holes for the EGT probes in the aft exhausts at 4" from the top. My probes are the screw-on ones so I need to get some nuts welded to the exhausts now, I've got a friend who can do that so I'll drop them off at his place later this week.
Finally I wrapped the forward exhausts in heat insulating wrap and reinstalled them on the engine.
