Brief Description:  Intake manifold installation

The last few days I've been pondering where to install the oil filter (if I decide to install one at all, Sonex does not use them on their engines).
There are a few options but I came to the conclusion it's probably best to install the intake manifold first and then go over my options again as I have much less options with the intake.

I had to cut the bottom part of the intake so the carb inlet could be rotated, also the part was not wide enough as I have longer cylinders on my installation than what this one was made for.
The bottom parts are joined together again with fuel filler hose, the top is joined with the bottom using an AeroFlex reducer hose.
I'm also attaching the bottom part of the intake to the accessory case to the bottom bolt that holds the starter motor in place. The intake has a steel plate attached to it that was bent to match the position of the bolt & manifold. It all seems to work out nicely, I just need to get a longer bolt so it goes all the way through the case, the motor and intake attach plate.
