I started making the exhaust tunnels today. There is no detailed drawing on how to do this for the "4 seperate exhaust pipe system", when Sonex still used this exhaust system they had the dedicated VW cowl with the tunnels moulded in the cowl. Anyway, the tunnels I have to make are very similar to what the Jabiru engine requires so I have some pictures and rough diagrams for those in a copy I have to the J2200 installation diagram. It was enough to make a drawing in AutoCAD. Kerry from Sonex tech support also sent me a detailed drawing he made a little later which was almost identical to mine so I decided to continue with mine. Finally I printed out the drawings and attached them to a piece of 0.025" aluminium sheet and cut them out.
