Brief Description: Completing the rear spar carry-through
I finished the rear spar carry through today, everything is now permanently riveted together. I am starting to get worried about the main spar holes through, I fear the quality of holes on the forward side is not as good as I initially thought. the bolts are slightly loose on that side so the holes must have enlarged. I'm talking to Kerry at Sonex to discuss options but I think I'm going to have to do something about them, they're just not good enough. I will put the wings back on the airplane this weekend and confirm if I have a problem, I'll make some video clips and send them to Kerry.
