I finished installing the flap and aileron hinges today. No big deal, just takes a bit of time to get them positioned correctly. Once this was done I could not resist digging out and installing the right wing flap & aileron which I made a long time ago (almost seems like an eternity ago now, I checked my logs, I made those early 2011, over 2.5 years ago!), looks awesome. Anyway, I was pleased with how they fit, they line up correctly and move freely. I packed the flap and aileron back up and then started up-drilling the aft wing skin holes to #30, I will need to do this before moving on to the forward skin as I will run out of #40 cleco's otherwise.
