I drilled and clecoed both formers #4 in place tonight. A lot of crawling under the fuselage, clamping checking, re-camping, ... to get them positioned just right. I first started drilling and clecoeing them to the skin, then to the top splice splate. I have not attached then to the side channels on the bottom yet. After this I tried to fit formers #3 in place and as suspected, there is interference with the seatbelt attach plate assemblies. Others have had this problem as well so I'll study some other builder's logs to find out what I'll do about this.
