I'm still recovering from the surgery last week so I can't do too much yet. This morning at least I did some good work, I drew the fairlead mount blocks in AutoCAD, glued the print-out on the phenolic sheet and drilled the holes. I still need to updrill de 1/8" holes to 1/4", but this only needs to be done to 1/2" deep. I've ordered some stops to put on my drill bit to be able to do this precisely, for now I'll leave the holes at 1/8". I also cut out the surrounding recatangle of the 4 blocks but did not cut the individual blocks yet, I'll do this after updrilling the 1/8" holes, this way I have a better grip on the phenolic sheet while drilling.
