Made 2 more clips that will go on the H-tail forward spar assembly, 0.063 thick this time. These clips look easy but I had to make 5 to get 2 I was happy with, the 1/8" radius bend was the problem. I bent them over a 1/4" screwdriver in the vice, but the first tries I always dented the aluminium doing this, making it thinner at the bend, this would make the piece less string so I could not live with this, had to re-make them.
