Continued work on the wiring and routing. Getting closer. We will need a couple of days after the the second Skyview arrives to connect it and join the seriel ports and audio wires together and connect to the equipment.
We also modified one of the inspection holes in the floor of the luggage area to allow the ELT to be installed and clear the antenna wire. We had this installed earlier but when the antenna cable was connected it would not clear the hole. Made a new larger inspection cover and relocated one of the nut plates in the floor. The new cover is made from .032 instead of .025. The increase in stiffness is noticable and meets the flex requirements in the installation instructions.
