Due to the weather I again could not move the fuselage outside to allow room to work on the wing. I worked some on the fuel sender and pitot tube.
Although I have been satisfied with the quality of most of the kit, in my opinion the money spent on the Rans pitot mount for the Dynon pitot tube was a waste. I will use a couple of the fittings and pitot line. I decided not to use the mount itself. The fit to the pitot tube was poor at best. It would work but was not up to my standards. I ordered Gretz mount ($102.00) that is an appropriate fit.
Drilled and tapped the mount for four 6-31 screws. Worked on how to mount the Gretz mount.
Worked on mounting the fuel sender to the right fuel tank.
