Brief Description: Match drilled bottom flap skins to ribs
I fabricated several small shims out of .025 to fill the gap between the aft end of the flap ribs and the bottom skin "spar" per the instructions. Next, I match drilled all the bottom skin to rib holes. After that I located and match drilled the piano hinge to the flap spar and skins.
