Brief Description: Match drilled aileron #30 holes
Colten had his first baseball game tonight (lost) so I only worked on the project for .75 hours. I drilled the leading edge skin to counter balance pipe holes to #30. I dipped the drill bit in cutting fluid before each hole which made the drilling easy. When playing around with the drill speed I got too slow and broke off the bit in one of the holes which I will need to remove once I pull the skins off to deburr.
I then used a #30 reamer on the bottom skin to spar holes as these also will used pulled rivets, LP4-4's.
