Brief Description: Riveted aileron brackets on wing rear spar
I worked off and on during the day again today. First, I completed riveting the aileron brackets to the wing rear spars. The upper rivets on the outboard brackets were a real pain in the ass to get riveted correctly for some reason. It was awkward holding the gun and bucking bar and I had to drill out four or five rivets before I got them all right.
Next, I fitted the aileron gap seals and drilled all #30 and #40 holes to size with the reamer. Finally, I deburred all holes and gap seal edges. I have a few misc areas to deburr before I can prime the parts.
I spent several hours this weekend loading Kitlog Pro V2.0 software on my home computer after having the hard drive crash last fall. I finally had a computer guy fix it and I was then able to reload the software and update my log.
