Today I bought a 3/8" - 1/4" adapter at an autoparts store. I used it on my torque wrench to tighten all of the tank screws properly. I couldn't find the exact torque value for the #8R8 screws so I hand tightened one to the right feel and then adjusted the wrench to that screw. I torqued the screws on both tanks.
