Brief Description:  Dihedral setting technique

For the benefit of other scratchbuilders, here are the steps I took.
1) Establish the center spar cap midline and extend to both ends of each spar cap.
2) Measure in 50mm from each end to locate middle bolts.
3) Through the center of those holes, draw an angled line tipped up (toward the outboard) by 5.65 degrees.
4) Starting with each center hole, measure 28mm in both directions, and mark the other two holes.
5) Pre-drill all 12 holes with #40 through the rear spar caps only. NOTE: Do not go through both sets of spar caps at this time.
6) On the outboard wing spars, establish the spar cap (and doubler) midline and extend to the inboard end.
7) On the O/B spar upper spar cap and doubler, starting from station 190 (rear rib #1), measure toward the inboard end 125mm to find the location of the center bolt. Pre-drill with #40.
8) Insert outboard spar into center spar, and align (with non-threaded end of #40 drill bit) the top center holes.
9) Set wing dihedral.
10) Step-drill (#21, 1/4", N bit, 5/16" hand reamer, 5/16" chucking reamer), fit bolt and secure one hole at a time. Repeat until all six holes complete.
