Went to Aircraft Spruce today to get 4'x12' sheets of .025 aluminum for my wing skins (one wing only). I also picked up the extruded aluminum for my aileron bellcrank supports and the nutplates for the aileron access panel (plus mounting fasteners). Tonight I trimmed the excess from the edges of three rear channel halves and the hinge doublers. Now that I have my 12 foot sheets, I should be able to complete the 4th rear channel half and complete both rear channels simultaneously. Yes, Debo, those are your 65mm flanging dies. Thanks again. They also make great paper weights when my fan is blowing!
